By accessing and using the Alemia platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of the service

Alemia is an artificial intelligence platform that allows users to create, manage and distribute advertising campaigns. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-assisted advertising content creation
• Video and advertising media generation
• Advertising campaign management and distribution
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Integrations with various advertising platforms

3. User account

To use certain aspects of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Service to:

6. Pricing and payment

Certain aspects of our Service may be subject to fees. If you choose to use a paid service, you agree to pay all associated fees. Prices are indicated in euros and may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and charge you new fees.

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to authorize us to charge all fees due to your payment account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alemia shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or virus-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, will survive, including provisions regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability and indemnities.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
